It is a pleasure for me to tell you about Margaret Read, know best to me as Ms. Margaret. She burst into my life when I became the manager at a new real estate office. Little did I know what a treasured friend I had found.

Ms. Margaret is a true contributor to her community. While in Dallas, she worked tirelessly for St. Jude's Hospital, her Alma Mater, University of Texas at Dallas, the Sixth Floor Museum and the State Fair of Texas. She has great civic commitment and respect from the people with whom she served on boards throughout the city.
Of all the compliments I can pay to Meg, the best one is her loyalty and strength of friendship. I have been the recipient of both and will forever be grateful she came into my life. Committed...that's the first word that comes to mind when I think of Margaret Read. Whether it's knowing exactly what's available on the market or helping a homeowner market their property, she's the best. I had the good fortune to work along side her for a number of years and I know that she is totally focused on her clients needs.
Margaret has always given a tremendous amount of her time and money to charity. She has served on various Boards and done extensive fund raising for several organizations. One very dear to her is the St. Jude Cancer Research Hospital in Memphis Tennessee.
Margaret is a fine example of a true southern lady. She's a lover of all animals, an accomplished gardener and can throw a fine impromptu dinner party for a dozen guests and never be ruffled. She is my dear friend.
