I contacted Margaret Read to help locate a second home.  Initially, I was looking at Florida, but changed my mind and decided to go with Dallas, Texas.  Margaret located an associate in the area that I was interested in.  She remained on top of the "deal" all the way through closing.  I've never experienced such quality service in  my life and this was my 6th home purchase.  We came up against a difficult seller that was convinced their property was worth more than it's appraised value.  When the going got rough, Margaret stayed at the bargaining table way beyond my expectations.  We closed on the perfect property with an unbelievable "deal"!  I cannot recommend her enough.  She really knows how to negotiate!

I have been doing business with Margaret since 1997, and it has been a friendship that has lasted through several ventures now spanning Dallas to Baton Rouge. Margaret is one of those very RARE and true southern gems. Committed...that's the first word that comes to mind when I think of Margaret Read. Whether it's knowing exactly what's available on the market or helping a homeowner market their property, she's the best. I had the good fortune to work along side her for a number of years and I know that she is totally focused on her clients needs.

Margaret has always given a tremendous amount of her time and money to charity. She has served on various Boards and done extensive fund raising for several organizations. One very dear to her is the St. Jude Cancer Research Hospital in Memphis Tennessee.
